Car Dealership Campaign

Due to COVID-19 our client closed his car showroom. We quickly changed our marketing activity to promote online sales where customers could purchase a car online. This included finance quotes, part exchange valuations and arranging a fully sanitised car delivered to their door.

We changed the website advertisements and produced a Facebook marketing campaign to target people in the market for a used car. This video was designed by us to quickly inform people of the ability to buy online in the safety of their own home. In addition, we offered a discount to all key workers and NHS staff who needed a car for commuting purposes.

Results

The Facebook campaign ran for 3 weeks with a total spend of £250. This resulted in over 33,000 website visitors, 800 new facebook followers and 280 leads generated. To date (17th April 2020) they have sold 10 vehicles with 38 part exchange requests and 69 finance quotes still to follow up. If we go by these results alone it has cost £25 per vehicle sold. A good result in unprecedented times.
